7 Pot Primo Red Chilli Seeds – 10 Fresh Seeds
A super-hot pepper with a nice stinger tail, the 7 Pot Primo Red comes in on the SHU scale at around 1,500,000 SHU (Scoville Heat Units) which makes it one of the hottest chillies around.
It’s a cross between a Trinidad 7 Pot and the Naga Morich and was developed by Troy Pimeaux hence the name.
It is quite a stable variety and can sometimes have quite long tails, it needs a good soil and does best when planted in the ground but will grow okay in pots.
It does have similar looks sometimes to the Carolina reaper and some people have questioned if they could be the same variety to some degree.
