Ancho Poblano Chilli Seeds – 10 Fresh Seeds
A very large Mexican pepper , the Ancho Poblano is used in many dishes through Mexico. The plant is quite tall over 1 meter and the fruits can be very large and heavy so staking is normally required. When dried the Poblano is called ancho or chile ancho and is used for making a Mexican sauces like mole.
When fresh it is roasted and stuffed in a Mexican dish called chiles rellenos poblanos.
A very easy plant to grow and the seeds germinate quite quickly and they also grow well in pots.
Heat Level is around 400 – 1200 Scoville Heat Units.
