Quite an interesting pepper is the Bishops Crown which has very little heat and is quite sweet. The pods are quite distinctive and shaped like a bishops crown hence where its name comes from.

How Hot Is The Bishop’s Crown Pepper?

It is mild in heat, most of the pod has no heat with only the top part where the seeds attached having any detectable heat.

These peppers are great for stuffing or used fresh in salads or other dishes. You can use them like you would normal sweet bell peppers.
