🌶️Black Jalapeño – A cool variation of the classic Jalapeño pepper, specially developed to have a nearly black appearance. 2,500 – 10,000 SHU.
🌶️Orange Jalapeño – Also called the Numex Orange Spice this is a great looking and tasting Jalapeño pepper. Hotter than a standard Jalapeno and with a more fruity taste. 2,500 – 8,000 SHU.
🌶️Jalapeño – A cultivar of the Capsicum Annuum species. It is a medium sized pepper, with an average length ranging from 2 to 3.5 inches, but some can grow up to 6 inches or longer. 2,000 – 8,000 SHU.
🌶️Mammoth Jalapeño – This is the true giant of the Jalapeño pepper plants with pods that can reach over 5 inches long. 3,500 4,500 SHU.
🌶️ Farmers Market Jalapeño – Notably bigger than regular Jalapeños, with some measuring more than 4 inches in length! Very sweet with a mild heat. 3,000 – 8,000 SHU.
🌶️ Ghostly Jalapeño – A Cross between a Jalapeño and Bhut Jolokia Ghost pepper, great looking pods with a nice flavour but nowhere near as hot as a Ghost Pepper. 30,000 – 50,000 SHU.
🌶️White Jalapeño – One of the best tasting and looking Jalapenos, this white vareity is quite rare. They are quite sweet to the taste with a medium heat. 2,500 – 10,000 SHU.
