As they reach full maturity, these peppers transition from a creamy purple hue to red with purple accents. What distinguishes them further is the presence of purple streaking and striping on the inside of the pod. These plants feature dark foliage and typically grow up to an average height of 4 feet, producing a prolific amount of pods.
